Here's something that might help you.

After Mom and Dad passed on we found tiny little photos of my Mom and Dad on their honeymoon and even some of when Mom was pregnant with me. Tiny little 2" by 3" black and white photos taken prior to 1944 and no negatives.

Spouse took them to work and reproduced them on a COLOUR photocopier!! What wonderful results.....I couldn't believe how great they turned out.

Then, we enlarged them. We still have the originals to use as negatives, so we don't have to have negs made and the photocopies only cost about 6 cents each.

Try it: just remember to set the photocopier to COLOUR. I have no idea why they turn out better than leaving it set to B+W, but they sure do.
