Am searching for any info on Ferdinand Friedrich Geisler (also sometime spelled Geissler) born on June 3 between 1826
and 1833. Sometimes went by Friedrich Ferdinand Geisler.

Believe to have immigrated in either 1850 as a single man or in 1857 as a married man with family, the wife's first name being Minna.

Ferdinand settled in Chicago around 1859. Have no clue as to names of any possible family members from Germany.

U.S. records very vague. Places of birth listed only as
Prussia; Germany; or Saxony.

Ferdinand owned hardware business called "Geissler & Boesch"
untile Chicago fire of 1871; owned several saloons after fire and during early 1880's; was a constable during 1880's and early 1890's.

Was married 3 times; first wife Minna(Unknown) died 1865 approx. age 33; second wife Marietta(Unknown although possible Boesch) died 1882 approx. age 32; and third wife
Christina Rilling of Gomaringen.

If any of this might sound even vaguely familiar, would appreciate your input.
