KEESEY = GEISE in one of my lines.

Have a Joseph GEISE/KEESEY who marries Barbara ENGARD 22 November 1792 at St. Paul's Church, Phila., PA. According to my notes, Barbara's father mentions in his Will "Barbara & Joseph KEEREY. The marriage record spells it KEESEY.

Stephen GREIFF is listed on the The Statues at Large of PA along w/Philip ENGHERT. GREIFF may = GEISS. The "s's" were written as "f's" in those days. We've not identified STEPHEN.

And here is the GEISE/GEISEY spelling:
1793, 3 JUN Dorothea b.; d/o Joseph Giesy & wife Barbara; babt 3 APR 1796; sponsor, Mrs Elisabeth Engert; St Michael's Evangelical Lutheran Church Records 1741-1841; film #387895; Baptisms, St Michael's Ch, p163.

1796 - Bapt. St Michael's Evangelical Luth Ch Rec 1741-184; film #387895: p717 babt 3 APR 1796; parents, Joseph Giesy & wife Barbara; daut Dorothea; Mrs Elizabeth Engeltin; b. 5 JUN 1793.

Here's another one:

Baptized 21 JUL 1799, St. Michael's Church, Germantown, Phila. Co., PA.
St Michael's Evangelical Luth Ch Rec 1741-184; film #387895:

p745 bapt 24 OCT 1799; parents, Joseph Giese & Barbara; son Philip [ ] Joseph; Sponsor Philip Engert & wife Elisabeth; b. 21 JUL 1799.

Yes, I would say GEESEY would fit into the GEISE/KEESEY family.
