After a thorough search through my records I find that I agree with you. Elizabeth McDonald is unlikely to be the mother of John Giese (Keesey) since he was born in 1811 and she didn't marry his father until 1812. The only way I can think of to resolve all of the conflicting information is to suppose that Conrad had two wives: Anna and Elizabeth. But even this doesn't seem to clear up all of the questions. My information came from a booklet written by Titus Cornelius Geesey in 1933. I never looked too carefully at this family, but it now warrants closer examination to clear up the relationships.
