Perhaps your GEER family is listed below.

"JONES CEMETERY, Vale Perkins, Potton Twp., Brome County, QC, near Lake Memphremagog.
G. JONES [1818-1886], _ PERKINS, son Samuel [1763-1845] founder of Vale Perkins , Levina EDSON [1765-1855. Other families buried there: JONES, GEER, HAND and LEVOY. A number of infants were buried there from 1851-1871."

Reference is 'POTTON CEMETERY ROUTE, A tribute to our ancestors', published by Potton Heritage Association, Inc. Note: Potton, Quebec, borders North Troy, Vermont.
