My nephew Grant Plunkett Wright is a descendant of Thomas Geer. He is researching what may have happened to them as minor orphans in the new world after they disembarked in 1635. Would they have been indentured to someone on the ship - the captain? What occupation did Thomas and his brother follow? How were orphans handeled in general in the Colonial times? Does anyone know what ship they came on?
