Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

I, too am a descendant of the Geer brothers, and familiar with the story of their untimely trip to the Colonies. Also,I have access to a Geer Geneology that supposedly was published by my Great-Aunt, Rosalie Bugher-Main. It enabled her to join the DAR -Circa 1940. Am anxious to correspond with you about any additional information you may have and I will be happy to do the same.
