I'm not sure about Geer, but all references (Savage, Farmer, etal) to Robert Allyn show him in Salem by 1637.
Abt 1651 is when he moved to New London FROM Salem, Mass, with the Blynman Party.
George Geer is not listed in the Blynman Party in NEHGR 53:234-241, 1899; W. Farrand Felch. (That's not to say the list is necessarily complete.)
PS: Re George Geer's longevity, call me doubtful, but I've seen just one too many Puritan ancestors hit 100....
