I am looking for all information on the Geedy line as far back as I can go. Here is where i have stopped and having problems finding information on William Geedy
Generation No. 1

1. WILLIAM2 GEEDY (SAMUEL1) He married LOTTIE HOCKENBERRY, daughter of DAVID HOCKENBERRY and SARAH SNYDER. She was born 16 Jul 1892 in Honey Grove, PA., and died 07 Apr 1970 in Buried in East Waterford, PA..

2.       i.       NEVIN EDGAR3 GEEDY, b. 20 Aug 1912, Honey Grove, PA.; d. 06 Oct 1980, Buried in McCullough Mills Cem. PA..
3.       ii.       SARAH GEEDY, b. 02 Apr 1907; d. 29 Jan 2001, Mifflintown , PA.


Generation No. 2

2. NEVIN EDGAR3 GEEDY (WILLIAM2, SAMUEL1) was born 20 Aug 1912 in Honey Grove, PA., and died 06 Oct 1980 in Buried in McCullough Mills Cem. PA.. He married VELMA GRACE SWAILES in Hancock, Maryland, daughter of JOHN SWAILES and MABEL SHENELOFF. She was born 04 Feb 1917 in South Bend, IN., and died 31 Dec 1995 in Mt Alto, PA..

Marriage Notes for NEVIN GEEDY and VELMA SWAILES:
Velma and Nevin where to young to get married in the state of PA. And neither side of the parent would sign for them to get married. Velma and Nevin then decided to run off to Maryland where it was legal for them to get married.
