1600s, Charles Co., Maryland
I am not researching this family, just entering information from the book "Early Charles County Maryland Settlers, 1658-1745" by Marlene Strawser Bates & F. Edward Wright:
"Gee, John, age 27.Deposition on 8 Jan 1660 (Arch. of MD.: XLI.431)"
"Gee, John and Hen: MacDonall, married without a license by John Legatt, minister.Warrant, 1663.(Arch. of MD.: XLIX, p.42)"
Gee, John, age 40.Deposition on 12 Oct 1665.(Arch. of MD.: XLIX.480)"
I also looked up MacDonall; the only one with the same spelling was:
"MacDonall, Daniel, married by John Legatt, minister, to a maid servant that Benjamin Hammond sold to the said Macdonell last Spring - with a license or bann.5 Sept 1663.(Arch. of MD.: XLIX.84)
