I thought it may be interesting to note that one Andrew Gedney of Bag Enderby, Norfolk, was Sheriff of Lincolnshire in 1574, in the reign of Queen Elizabeth I (Good queen Bess).My interest is in Mary, the daughter of Richard Gedney of Enderby who married William Hunstone of Boston at Somersby on 18th Sept. 1604. William Hunstone's uncle, also William Hunstone, was Sheriff of Lincolnshire in 1572
