Hi Peter,
This is very interesting. GEALE is not a common name so although you haven't connected them I should think there is a connection. Also there is a MOLLOY connection to mine although I am not sure of the person. I believe that my gt.grandfather, from Laois, whose middle name was Geale, was connected to a John & possible a Hannah, GEALE of Laois. It is likely he was an Uncle, or an Unlce-in-law. There is also a very tenuous link to a GREEN. Do you know where that names comes from in yours? Also can you tell me more about the MOLLOYs?
Kildare is not far away & there are other family links there.
