What happens when you try and use the GenealogyLibrary.com CD? You did get one, right (it's either blue or green)?
As far as technical support, what were you looking at for help? On the pages that talk about telephone support you'll notice that we say three things qualify for free support, installation, data conversion, and subscription access issues. Plus, for any type of support where we would charge for telephone support there is always an option to get in touch with us electronically and receive email support.
Buying something off of Ebay seems to me to be a questionable thing for us to offer support for because we received no money for the purchase of the program from Ebay. I may be that someone else bought it used it and then resold it.
