After re-reading the user agreement the company makes no claims to their service what so ever.Sounds like a win win for the company.Putting that aside I still have not recievied the user name to write to though I have followed the prompts to the T.If you could please verify my email address by sending a short note to it, I'll then know weather it is my email account or not.Even though I have changed the account information to another address just incase that was the case. So if my address works and I still can't get information from the company help area what then? Open for suggestions?
