No you didn't and I realize that. There used to be an other article with the Red-X specific question. It was on the Old Knowledge Base website. The first number that I gave to you was from an old Knowledge Base list that I had. However, as you know, it did not address this issue. I went to the KB to try to locate the Red-X issue, but that old article appears to have been removed. So, I did another search to locate the closest article to address what you saw. That is why I sent the 2nd number. In your later message, it would appear to have cleared that problem. That old article (the first one I gave you) had the same solution, as I recall, a Browser issue or a Firewall or a Norton problem.
