Upgrading to Gold Membership??
I just spent more than 20 minutes on hold listening ad nauseum to "the next customer service representative will be with you shortly."A human being never did pick up.And I even pushed the button that said I want to place an order; you'd think if they staffed any customer service line they'd staff that one!!!
What I want to know is how do I go about upgrading to Gold Membership. If there is a place online to do that, I haven't found it.I currently subscribe to the Census and Family/Local Histories, meaning they already have $180 of my money each year.
I'd like to add the Genealogy Library, but that would cost $50, meaning I'd be paying $230 per year, more than getting the whole shebang for $200.
Or is it even possible for us oldtimers??Can I only benefit from the $200 per year for everything if I'm a newbie???
