My home page was removed. I worked hard setting up that page with stories and photo's. I am still a paid member. I can't find anyone who can tell me where my page went. They don't have tech support by phone for Gen.com and Ancestry support said they can't help with this. I send emails and no one answers. I called corporate and left a message with the legal dept and sent faxes to Timoothy Sullivan the Corporate head and the customer support CEO. I am furious. I spent a long time setting up that page and need to download it to put it on Ancestry since Gen.com is closing down. I want my work! I still have time left on my membership. This is theft!
