Russ, before we go any further with this problem, I had to take my computer to Fry's for them to try AGAIN TO FIX IT. In the process of fixing it, they removed what programs I had put on the computer before I took it down to be fixed. I have a hard disk that goes on the front of the computer that might have what I want if I can figure out how to put it on the front of the computer. They might have put my programs on it. I was saying I was stupid and the way things are going , that label might be justified.
