I ran into some problems with my computer and had to have it fixed.One problem with my computer which I did was install a couple versions of FamilyTreemaker at the same time. I thought I took care of it before the computer went in to be fixed. When I got my computer back, I put version 16 of Ftm on my computer, I thought that I had backed all my work, but when I put it in my computer, A good one=third of my work was gone Most of my work is on an external hard drive that I'm afraid to put on my computer. I'm mentioning this to show you some of the problems I'm having,
When I registered the software, it dosent realize I already have a subscription with Ancestry.com. When I try to search for some information,it dosent my subscription. Previously, my name and password would stay on my genealogy site and genforum site for about a week. Now, it barely stays an hour or so. This is only a start.
