unsubscribing problems

Don't know if this is the right place to post this, but maybe someone can answer this question. I have tried repeatedly...even writing an e-mail....to unsubscribe from e-mail notifications. Doesn't seem to work! I have followed directions (several times) by clicking on "unsubscribe". This takes me to a screen that states I have been unsubscribed. But I am definitely NOT! This has been going on for months. What do I have to do to get unscribed for real?? Thanks for any help!
