Russ,

Again, thanks for your response.

There's a good Wikipedia entry on The Generations Network, founded 1983, Provo, Utah, website www.tgn.com and owners of the following:
Ancestry.com
Family Tree Maker
Genealogy.com
LongLostPeople.com
MyFamily.com
RootsWeb.com
So those entities/websites are all related by common corporate ownership.

I was able to find my Genealogy.com family home page the same way you did through: Community button, Family Home Page, Page Author Brouse, and going down the alphabetical listings -- H, HA, HAN -- eventually to Michael-Hansen-6.

I've also tried to access my Genealogy.com family home page using Google, but the closest I can drill down to is the Genealogy.com Community section. Necessitating the same search described above.

The URL of my Genealogy.com Family Home Page is not usable to access it, so there would be no point in posting it in a GenForum.

Because of the difficulty of locating the Genealogy.com Family Home Page, it is of very limited utility. It certainly doesn't live up to its billing.

Presumably the better linkages available to pages created using Family Tree Maker may justify its cost.

Thanks again.

Mike
