Looking for any one who had information on Ann Simpson/Simpkins, who married G. W. Gay in 1891 in Menifee Co, KY. I have a picture of a little girl 3 yrs old, believe this is a daughter of Ann Simpson/Simpkins and G. W. Gay. His name could have been Cecil W. Gay.
