Hi Leslie,
Many thanks for responding, but alas your sons will have your husbands paternal dna rather than the Gawthrop paternal DNA. What is needed is a male who carries the Gawthrop surname - so if you have a brother, uncle, etc, who carries the Gawthrop name, that would be fine.
