I would appreciate knowing the names of the Westmorland property that was left in this will.

I have a 1736 will from a James Burra in Crosby Ravensworth, Westmorland. He refers to his 6 grandchildren by Lancelot Hutchinson and in the next sentence refers to the three children of John Gawthorp.

Agnes Burra married Lancelot Hutchinson in Crosby Ravensworth in 1703/4. One of their sons is also called Lancelot and I assume that this might be the uncle mentioned by the Rev Christopher Gawthrop.

Do you know anything about this John Gawthorp and his children?

Any help much appreciated.
