I am also researching the Goss/Gause family, here is the information that I have obtained:

Charles Goss b. 1698, Scotland d: 3-21-1731
or 1732, E. Nottingham, Chester Co., PA.
Married: Jane Powell, 1724, E. Nottingham
Chester Co., PA Jane was born in Wales.
Children: Grace Gause b.?
Even Gause b. 1-23-1724/25
Charles Gause b. 5-11-1731

Charles Gause m. Grace Dixon 1753,
daughter of Jonathan Dixon and Sarah Hollingsworth.

Child(ern): Solomon Gause b.? E. Nottingham,
Chester Co., PA.

Solomon Gause m: Ruth Dixon b: 1734 daughter
of Thomas Dixon & Hanna Hadley.

I have more information and am willing to share please let me know if these our your lines.
