Eva R. Gause of Lynnville Dies
Lynnville, Ia., Dec. 13, Special:
Eva R. Gause, daughter of John H. Gause and Lydia B. Gause, was born near Lynnville Dec. 26, 1875, and passed away at her home in Lynnville Dec. 7, 1932, at the age of 56 years 11 months and 11 days. Her father who proceeded her in death passed away Jan. 7, 1923. She is survived by her mother, a sister, Mrs. H.G. Williams of Taintor, and three brothers, A.N. Gause of Odessa, MO., M.H. Gause of Crescent City Calif., and Clifford Gause of Lynnville. She also leaves to mourn her departure a number of realities and friends. Funeral services were held Friday afternoon at the church in charge of Rev. Giles Youngquist. Music was furnished by the ladies’ quartet, composed of Mrs. Frank Ratliff, Mrs. Harvey Gause, Mrs. Will Allee and Mrs. A.T. Gifford. The pallbearers were L.T. Gause, Harvey Gause, E.O. Gause, Afton Gause, L.H. Gause and A.B. Latham, all cousins of the deceased. Burial was in the family lot in the Friends cemetery.
