Anne, the person you posted to is also a g-grandaughter of Dock Whitfield and Annie Catherine (Powell) Gauldin. She is the grandaughter of Posey, known as Lester, the oldest son. I am the daughter of Bessie Gertrude (Gauldin) McCray and Roy P. McCray. Bessie was the sister to Lester and also to Bruce. There were nine children that lived (one died in 1st year of life). I'm assuming that your g-grandmother was my Aunt Sally?
