I am looking for information on my Great-Grandmother, Marie Gaul, born 1872, married to Gustave Miller in 1897.
I believe she was born in Germany, and by 1910, according to the census she and her husband had settled into a farm in Seneca township, McHenry County Illinois. Children were Elsa, (1897) Della (1898) and Arthur (1901).
I seem to recall my mother saying that this side of the family also had German roots in Pennsylvania, "Pennsylvania Dutch" as she would say. Any leads would be much appreciated, I am willing to share and data I find too!
