I know this:
François Boudreau was s/o Hilaire & Osithe Forest, and widower of Henriette Cormier (buried Memramcook 16 Feb 1855) when he remarried Mérance Belliveau.François died in Memramcook on 2 Nov 1869, freeing Mérance to remarry Joseph Gaudet in 1874.
Since a Pelagie Belliveau was a witness to her first wedding: there are a possible four or five Pelagie candidates from the Memramcook registers:
Pelagie d/o Francois & Pelagie LeBlanc
Pelagie d/o Joseph & ??
Pelagie d/s Thadee & Rosalie LeBlanc
Pelagie d/o Thadee & Henriette LeBlanc
Pelagie d/o Benoni & ??
Any of these couples could be Merance's parents, if indeed Pelagie was her sister.Another good tip is to look at the Godparents of any children born of Merance's marriages. Often a sibling was chosen and matching these up with people in the family groups of the above couples could give you a clue as to her identity.
