Terry, Thanks for the further information. I'd be glad to share with you what I have if you send me your mailing address. I'm leaving town tomorrow, but will get on it when I return. As far as your information, most of it I have, but it hasn't been proven. The marriage date for Thomas Gattis and Mary Maddry is correct. I don't believe that the Thomas who married Mary Maddry and the one who married Malinda Holloman are the same person. We had a professional genealogist do some work for us and she came up with the conclusion that our Thomas was the son of Alexander, but I am not sure. We have uncovered other information that doesn't quite fit with her theory. I have been trying to sort this out by going at it from several angles (church records, land records, etc.) Thanks for the additional information on the gravesites. Mary C Gattis and W H Gattis are our line. Judy
