Hi Joyce and all: I have a letter dated May 3, 2001 from paschaljo@att.net "Our interest in the Gatliff family stems from a Moses Thomas Gatliff of Laural county Kentucky, Bell and Harlan.
Mose Gatliff had two wives prior to marrying my husband's great aunt Margaret Reed. We think he had two children with his first wife, the second wife, what happened to her is a mystery.At any rate, Aunt Margaret and Mose never had any children. She helped to raise his two, and took in another child-------" " Mose's son by his first spouse married my husband's great aunt on the other side of the family, Myrtle Love. They apparently lived happily and had a houseful of girls. We have not been able to locate a single child of Jesse and Myrtle Love, who would be my husbands second cousins." ------------Ron
