John W. Garthright was married to Parthinia Anderson Burnette
they had 3 sons Clyde Garthright, John Garthright and Leonard Berkely Garthright ( my grandfather) Clyde was a blacksmith in the Navy ( I have photos of him in his uniform. Uncle Johnnie as my mom called him was a shorter man than his brothers.He has a family and I am in contact with his grandaughter.She lives in Deleware. My grandfather Leonard ( who went by Buck was a sheet metal worker almost all of his life. He was married to my grandma Anna Kristine Komeark who died from child birth when my mom was like 3. My mom lived in Highland Springs when she was little. I have photos of Uncle Henry as my mom called him. I live in Japan ( my husband is in the Marine Corp) However my mom is still living and is sharp as a tack and can tell you lots of information about the Garthrights.She is one of Leonards 6 children ( 5 girls and a boy) some have passed away. My mom would love to hear from you if you are related to our family and I'm sure she wouldn't mind giving you information. Please e-mail me back if you would like information from my mom.
