Hunting for family of Nathan Gates (his tombstone has Oscar in () on it. He was born in Ontario, Dec.18, 1838 to American Cit. who were b. in NY. He had daughters, Mary, Frances, Rachel, Patricia, and Alice, one son, Oscar. Married to Lydia Thurston in Michigan, they lived in Eaton Mi. He traveled west to Wa. with at least three of his children, Oscar, Rachel and Frankie (Frances) Who were his parents, where are rest of girls and all their families?Where did Lydia die?
