I have no idea where my grandmother got her information, but probably from a book which she, at the time, assumed was accurate. So when you're not confident of your lineage prior to a certain point, do you just not list anyone/anything on genealogy records? Then Hugh 1687 would be my earliest recorded ancestor; am I correct in that? This is all so fascinating. I appreciate the help and advice! ~D Notify Administrator about this message?
