Don't have anything concerning a Martha Priscilla Gaston and the best I can make out of the 1850 US Census, Chester, South Carolina, 28 day of Oct:

Evans Hudson 45 SC
Priscilla Hudson 38 SC (Estimated birth yr: 1812, SC)
John Hudson 20 SC
Thomas Hudson 14 SC
Alexander Hudson 9 SC
Ephram Hudson 7 SC
Elizabeth Hudson 4 SC

I can only assume this was her family.
