I would like information on Frank Spencer Gassett, born in North Adams (?),MA and died I think 1992. He married Cecilia Perkins. Together they had five children, 3 boys and 2 girls. They also lived in Malden, MA.
Cecilia Perkins was the either the daughter or granddaughter of a Penboscot (?) chief. Her name was unkown. Cecilia died 9/60. The grandmother died in 1948 at 102.
Also, any information regarding a Phillip Gassett that was supposed to have come over on the Mayflower in 1620. He's listed on the ship's manifest, but no record after landing. I'm seeking this information on these people for the benefit of my children and grandchildren, so that they may have some idea of what their relatives were like on their father's and grandparents side. Possible relation to anyone on this Gassett Genealogy Message Board. I was married to Kenneth Raymond Gassett, born 12/12/40, and retired from the USAF as Chief Master Sargent, in 1988, and possibly is residing in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He has never seen his five grandchildren, Dane Gassett, Ashley Gassett, Taylor Gassett, Courtney Gassett, Hayden Gassett, children of Jeffrey Wade Gassett and Christopher Kenneth John Gassett. Any information regarding the above, would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much.
Lynne Olson
