Hope you're still reading these posts. Lucinda (Lucy) Gassaway Tippens is the daughter of Elizabeth and Samuel Gassaway and married to Alsey J Tippens. Lucinda and Alsey are my GGGrandparents. They moved to Limestone County Alabama, where Alsey died in 1877. Lucinda then moved to Texas and died there in 1933 at Wagner Texas. Please let me know if I can help you any more from Lucinda's line. I do have a genealogy on the Gassaways from my dad's cousin, which I would be willing to share with you. Hope this helps.
