James FIELDING was in Pendleton, SC before coming to Hall Co., GA. Does this Samuel have Pendlton roots? Are there any marriages with the GASSAWAY family?

In consideration of the sum of $20.12 and one-half cents, paid to Samuel C. Candler in October 1834, conveys all that land known as Land Lot 13, 2nd District, 2nd Section. Tract consists of 40 acres more or less. Sold to the highest bidder by order of the Justices Court of Cherokee County in favor of R. M. Richards against Robert Jordan. Signed: John B.
