We have no web site established for this project. This is a grass roots effort to restore and protect our ancestors grave markers. I have been in contact with All Hallows Episcopal Church in South River Maryland, the caretakers of some of these Historic markers, to see if they would administer a trust dedicated to restering and pereserving these markers. Next month Conservation Solutions, Inc., a company specializing in the resoration and preservation of hisoric structures and artifacts, will be evaluating the scope of work required on our family markers. Conservation Solutions has worked on many grave marker projects and will be able to recommend what is required to preserve these markers for futurre generations. If all goes well All Hallows will administer the donated funds for the restoration and maintenance of our ancestral graves. I hope this is a project that will garner support from the descendants of Thomas Gassaway. I am proud to trace my lineage to the colonial settlers of Maryland and wish to preserve the memory of these ancestors for future generations. I hope you support this project. If you would like more information please contact me.
