Well, as it turns out some of the info I was given was wrong...i am sure you are all surprised by that.

This is what I have been able to track down.

Joseph Gaspard II (b. ca. 1755) m. Barbara Chefre
Joseph Gaspard I (b. Assumption Parish c. 1780) m. Marie Chauffe (b. in St. John the Baptist Parish, her father Antoine was born in St. Charles Parish)
Francois Gaspard (b. ca 1810 in Assumption) m. Elizabeth Lise Gaudet (b. ca 1818)
Telesphore Gaspard (b. 3/16/1832 in Assumption) m. Josephine Amelie Melancon (b. 6/25/1843)
Jerome Arthur Gaspard (b. ca 1855) m. Marie Celima (or Seraphina) Foret (they had children named Charles, August, Mary/Marie, and Edward (Edouard)and George(s)
George(s) Mederick Gaspard (b. ca 1895 in Assumption - d. 1950) m. Marie Richard
They had three sons, Sterling (died in infancy), Arthur Lee, and Ward Francis who were all born in White castle.

The family has been known to live in the cities of Napoleonville, Paincourtville, Plaquemine, and White Castle.

What I dont know is if this is a true geneology AND if these Gaspards are connected to the other group of Normand/Gaspards.

Any help would be appreciated!!
