I am looking for any information on my maternal grandmother in Sauk Centre, Minnesota. She was married to Edward Gaspard. Her oldest daughter, Alvina Petronella Gaspard, was my mother. My grandmother had twin sisters, Helen and Ellen Simmer. I think her family came from Iowa and moved to Salem, South Dakota in a covered wagon in the 1890's. Her father's name was John Simmer and he was a farmer. I don't know her mother's name. They owned a farm south of Sauk Centre for many years. Please help me if you know anything.
