Looking for Any info on John R. Gaskins. He married Elizabeth Jane Johns. Both are from the area of Amelia, Withamsville,Bethel,Ohio. I was told my grandmother was of Indian decent.I have an aunt whom I believe to have this info but will not release it to me. IF anyone in those area or anywhere has something that will shed some light on my dad's mother's family (Gaskins) please let me know. I really appreciate any help. John R. Gaskins was born April14,1840 Died:April 12,1917. Elizabeth Jane (Johns) Gaskins Born:April 25,1865? Died: Nov. 15,1935 We are white. Thanks.
