I highly suspect the name of Ezekiel's first wife is Sarah. According to the 1790 census, there were only 3 Gaskin living in South Carolina at the time, who were not minors. It shows Ezekiel, Sarah, and Vincent, all from Williamsburg Co., Prince Fredrick, South Carolina. Vincent was his grown son, but I do not have a Sarah in the family tree until 1824. Who is this sarah? She was not a child of Ezekiel, perhaps a sister or mother? Or his first wife. Same town, same area. What do you all think? If you know exactly who that Sarah Gaskin of Prince Fredrick in Williamsburg Co., SC, please let me know.
