Sorry to say no, cannot find a Gaskill by that name in this book. But I think that this William Gaskill was too old anyway to be her father. He died in 1770. He had a son William, but still too old I think. A good site that has some Carteret County Gaskill's is:

But unfortunately, cannot find a Deliah Margaret Gaskill (b.1810) there either.
