I am specifically searching for Aaron Gaskill who married a lady named Edith. His son, Abraham’s Bible has come to light recently and it gives Aaron as born 14 June, 1759, d. 14 Nov 1817. His wife is given only as Edith b. 6 November 1762. There are no locations listed at all but the front page says the Bible was bought in Pemberton, NJ in 1827. This is my direct ancestor through Abraham and his son, John B. Gaskill. I would certainly appreciate any information you can furnish about this family. I have just about exhausted my New Jersey leads and think I may have to look further afield. I think it quite possible that Edith is a Bennett as Abraham named two of his children Abraham Bennett (he spelled it Benit) and Edith Bennett Gaskill. I will look forward to hearing from you.
