I am trying to establish the history of this gentleman, who between these years was a highly respected manager in a Music Hall in Bristol; prior to 1892 he had, for five years, worked in a hall "in the North" and left in 1903 to "take a licensed house in the city" ie, to become a Bristol pub landlord. He had an interesting sideline in showing moving pictures, and he may have also had a connection with the barber trade. Does any of this ring any bells here, and indeed, do you know of any descendants?? Early days in the research, will post further details as I acquire them.
