My ggrandmother was Charlotte Gascoigne(b1864, Greasbrough)) who married Alfred Sykes (b1857). Charlotte was the third of the eight children of Thomas Gascoigne(b1838, Rawmarsh) and Ann Carr (b1822).
The other children in this family were :
James 1860 Greasbrough
Mary 1862 Greasbrough
Margaret 1866 Rawmarsh
Joseph 1868 Rawmarsh
Henry 1861 Rawmarsh
Lily 1875 Rawmarsh
Elizabeth 1878 Rawmarsh
Thomas Gascoigne(1838) was the son of Joseph Gascoigne(b1810) and Ann ??.
Joseph Gascoigne(1810) was the son of Thomas Gascoigne, presumably born about 1780-1790.
Do you have any information on Thirza Gascoigne who married William Sykes (also of Greasbrough or thereabouts) on 13/08/1822 ?
