Hi Penny,
My Ggrandfather, William GASCOINE was deceased in 1905 at the time of his daughter's marriage in Kingston upon Thames. Ellen GASCOINE's address on the marriage cert., was Station Road, Hampton, but I have no information on William GASCOINE or where he came from, he was a sailor in the Merchant Service. Perhaps there could be a link even though the surname is a different spelling.
