My family is from that area. Mainly the Encino/Falfurrias/Premont Texas area. I remember having a relative by the name of Alfredo, but I'm not sure which side of the family Guerra or Garza he was on. I can ask around and see if it's the same person. My grandfather is Amancio Garza and my grandmother was Petra Solis Garza... This is on my dad's side...
