I too have had a longing to know more about
my ancestors. My father was Eliazar Carmin
Garza, he was born in Parris Texas. His
father's name was also Eliazar, he died at
a young age of heart disease, as did my father at the age of 45, and my brother at the age of 37, none of my uncles or aunts are
alive as they all died of heart disease at
young ages. My father and his brothers & sisters along with their widowed mother worked as migrant workers and settled in northeast Ohio and Michigan. My father often spoke of a cousin in Monterey that was wealthly and owned a heavy equipment manufacturing business.
I've often felt that at some time in my life I might have been jewish and have always held
a strong interest in learning more while having the catholic faith ingrained from childhood. Any information would be appreciated.

Thank you,

Graciela Garza
